The Challenge

A SaaS platform built for business and life coaches in the UAE was getting traffic but very few high-intent signups. Most paid leads were price-sensitive solo users on monthly plans, while the product's best retention and expansion came from coaching teams and academies on annual contracts. CAC was rising, and the founders had no clear segmentation between hobby coaches and commercially serious operators.

The existing funnel also had major trust gaps for a UAE audience. Landing pages used generic global copy with no region-specific social proof, no Arabic buyer reassurance, and no clear onboarding timeline. Trial users signed up, explored for a day, and churned before importing clients or launching their first program.

The Approach

We rebuilt acquisition around intent and offer fit. Paid search was split into three campaign groups: individual coach software, academy/team management, and high-intent alternatives to manual workflows (spreadsheets, WhatsApp admin, generic CRMs). Each group mapped to a dedicated landing page with UAE-relevant positioning, local testimonials, and clearer plan guidance by business stage.

In-product activation was redesigned with a 7-day "first win" sequence: import contacts, publish one coaching offer, send one payment link, and automate one reminder workflow. We connected this sequence to lifecycle messaging through email and WhatsApp nudges, segmented by user role (solo coach vs team admin). This improved progression to core value events, which were passed back as conversion signals for ad optimisation.

On the organic side, we launched a focused content cluster around coach operations in UAE: payment collection, client onboarding, retention workflows, and compliance-friendly communication templates. These articles targeted bottom-of-funnel queries and fed directly into role-specific demo pages.

The Results

Within 12 weeks, qualified demo bookings increased 172% while CAC fell 36% due to tighter intent targeting and stronger landing-page relevance. Trial-to-paid conversion improved 48% as more users reached the platform's activation milestones in the first week. Team-plan share grew materially, lifting 90-day LTV and improving payback period. Organic-assisted signups also increased as the UAE-focused content cluster began ranking for high-intent coach software terms.
