Contact and enquiry data: When you submit the contact form or book a call, I collect your name, email address, and any information you provide in your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to deliver agreed services.

Analytics data: I use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to understand how visitors use this site. GA4 collects anonymised data including pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate location. This data is processed by Google and subject to Google's Privacy Policy. No personally identifiable information is sent to GA4.

Newsletter: If you subscribe to my newsletter via Beehiiv, your email address is processed by Beehiiv Inc. in accordance with their Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

For visitors from the EU or UK, I process personal data on the following legal bases:

• Legitimate interests — analytics data collected to improve the site and understand audience behaviour
• Consent — analytics cookies placed only after you accept via the cookie banner
• Contract performance — contact form data used to respond to and fulfil service enquiries

• To respond to enquiries and deliver agreed consulting services
• To understand site usage and improve content and user experience
• To send the newsletter you subscribed to (Beehiiv subscribers only)

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

I use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Calendly — appointment booking (Calendly LLC, USA)
• Beehiiv — newsletter delivery (Beehiiv Inc., USA)
• Vercel — website hosting (Vercel Inc., USA)

All US-based processors operate under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent data transfer mechanisms where required by GDPR.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and deleted within 24 months of last contact. Analytics data is retained in GA4 for 14 months. Newsletter subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe.

If you are based in the EU, UK, or a jurisdiction with applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
