Terms Policy

I provide digital marketing consulting services including paid media management, SEO, analytics, CRO, and related services as defined in individual engagement agreements. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services. An engagement begins only when both parties have agreed to a written proposal or statement of work.

Fees are agreed per engagement. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance. Media spend is paid directly into your ad accounts — I do not hold or mark up ad spend.

Monthly retainers are billed in advance at the start of each period. Work will pause if payment is more than 14 days overdue.

To deliver agreed services, you agree to provide timely access to required accounts (Google Ads, GA4, Meta, etc.), relevant business information, and feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes. Delays caused by late access or feedback may affect delivery timelines without affecting fees.

Work product created specifically for your engagement (ad copy, content, reports, tracking configurations) becomes your property upon full payment. Strategy frameworks, methodologies, templates, and tools I develop or use remain my intellectual property and may be reused across other engagements.

You grant me permission to reference the engagement (without disclosing confidential data) in case studies and portfolio materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

I treat all client business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside my control, including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, competitor activity, and product-market fit. I do not guarantee specific results in terms of revenue, traffic, rankings, or conversion rates. I do guarantee clean tracking, documented strategy, structured execution, and full transparency on performance data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, my total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

Either party may terminate a monthly engagement with 30 days written notice. Fixed-term project engagements may be terminated early by mutual agreement. If you terminate early without cause, fees for work completed and reasonable costs incurred are payable. If I terminate without cause, I will refund any prepaid fees for undelivered work.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
