SEO built around Dubai's actual markets

Dubai is a stack of very different economies. The SEO playbook for a brokerage in Business Bay is not the playbook for a DIFC SaaS company or a hospitality brand chasing DSS traffic.

Vertical

E-commerce & D2C

Shopify, Magento, custom stacks. Product schema, collection-page architecture, bilingual PDPs, and AED/USD pricing signals that hold up on google.ae.

Vertical

Real Estate & Proptech

Off-plan, brokerage, and listing SEO for Dubai Marina, Business Bay, Downtown, JVC, and the wider Emirates footprint. RERA-aware content and schema.

Vertical

SaaS & B2B

Category creation, intent-mapped content, and product-led SEO loops for companies based in DIFC, DMCC, and across the GCC.

Vertical

Fintech & Crypto

Regulated-market SEO that respects VARA, DFSA, and Central Bank constraints — compliant content, disclosure-safe pages, entity authority.

Vertical

Hospitality & Tourism

Hotels, experiences, and F&B discovery during DSS, Ramadan, Gitex, and Arabian Travel Market. Multilingual local SEO and review-engine work.

Vertical

Professional Services

Law firms, clinics, consultancies, accountants. Trust-first local SEO with bilingual service pages, review schema, and GBP hardening.

Honest take

What's usually broken with Dubai SEO

Most of the Dubai SEO market runs on recycled agency templates. These four patterns show up in almost every audit I run, and fixing them alone usually moves meaningful organic performance inside a quarter.

1

“SEO packages” sold without a strategy

Most Dubai SEO offers are blog-count plus backlink-count, priced in AED per month, with no connection to pipeline. You end up with traffic that does not convert and rankings on queries nobody buys from.

2

Arabic SEO treated as a translation job

Running an English site through Google Translate and calling it bilingual is the fastest way to get filtered out of the Arabic SERP. Arabic intent and morphology are different. It needs native handling.

3

No separation of google.com and google.ae

A page ranking in the US tells you nothing about whether it ranks in Dubai. Without hreflang, Search Console country segmentation, and .ae-specific signals, the measurement itself is misleading.

4

Freezone addresses used as EEAT signals

A Business Bay PO box in the footer is not a trust signal to Google. Real entity authority comes from a coherent knowledge-graph footprint, Wikidata alignment, verified reviews, and genuine press.

What's included

The full scope, run by one senior operator

Technical, content, local, authority, and measurement — one integrated programme, not separately priced modules you have to stitch together.

Technical SEO & Core Web Vitals

Full crawl, indexation, hreflang en-AE / ar-AE, canonical chains, redirect loops, CWV on 4G, and schema for Organization, LocalBusiness, Product, FAQ, and Article.

Keyword strategy (EN + AR)

Bilingual keyword research targeting google.ae specifically. Intent mapping, SERP-feature analysis, and a prioritised target list that matches your ICP and AOV.

Content engine

Cornerstone guides, category pages, programmatic where it fits, and FAQ hubs designed for AI Overviews and generative answer engines. Written to rank and convert.

Local SEO for the UAE

Google Business Profile optimisation, NAP consistency across UAE directories, review engine setup, and neighbourhood landing pages (Marina, Business Bay, JLT, JVC, DIP, DSO).

Digital PR & link acquisition

Links from relevant UAE and GCC publications — Khaleej Times, Gulf News, Arabian Business, AMEinfo, Zawya. No link farms, no PBNs.

Measurement wired to revenue

GA4 with server-side tagging, Consent Mode v2, offline conversion imports from your CRM, and blended CAC reporting. SEO tracked against pipeline, not page views.

Local SEO for Dubai

Built for google.ae, not imported from a US playbook

UAE SERPs behave differently — different intent, different competitor set, different language split, different seasonal calendar. Here is how it's done properly.

google.ae, not google.com

Geotargeting set in Search Console, .ae ccTLD or proper hreflang on a gTLD, and ranking measured inside the UAE — not from a VPN to Virginia.

Native Arabic SEO

Arabic keyword research by a native team, RTL UX review, dialect-aware content (MSA vs Gulf where appropriate), separate Search Console properties per language.

Neighbourhood landing pages

One page will not rank for "service + Dubai Marina" and "service + Business Bay". Geo-specific pages with unique intent-matched copy and local proof.

GCC-ready from day one

Architected so expansion into Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Doha, and Kuwait is a scale move — not a rebuild. hreflang and content models designed for it.

Transparent pricing

Priced in AED, with scope on the page

Starting-from rates, published publicly, so you can decide whether the conversation is worth having before you schedule it.

Senior operators, not account managers

"Wameq rebuilt our Arabic content strategy from scratch. We went from invisible on google.ae to ranking on 40+ commercial queries within a quarter. The difference was strategy, not volume."
Head of Marketing, Dubai D2C brand
"The audit alone was worth the engagement. He found indexation issues our previous agency missed for 18 months, and the opportunity map became our full-year SEO plan."
Founder, UAE SaaS company (DIFC)
Why this engagement

Why founders pick this over a Dubai SEO agency

Pipeline-first

Every SEO decision measured against qualified leads or revenue. Traffic that does not convert is not a win.

Properly bilingual

Arabic SEO by a native team, not a translation plugin. Separate strategy, search console, and content calendar.

Built for google.ae + GCC

UAE-specific setup, hreflang done correctly, and architecture that scales into Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait.

Operator, not vendor

A consultant who has run paid, SEO, analytics, and CRO in-house. Decisions made with the full funnel in view.

FAQs

Questions Dubai founders actually ask

It depends on scope and competitive landscape. A one-off SEO audit and opportunity map starts from AED 3,500. A monthly SEO retainer for most Dubai SMEs sits between AED 7,500 and AED 15,000, with larger or multi-market programmes running higher. I publish "from" pricing on every tier so there are no surprise invoices.
